We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and this Privacy Policy.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. We only collect and process personal data to the extent necessary and on a lawful basis under Art. 6 GDPR.

3.1 Server Log Files

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), as applicable.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. We delete contact data as soon as it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Affiliate Marketing and External Links
ROMAN SKY MEDIA GROUP participates in affiliate and partner programmes as part of its digital marketing and promotional services. Where content contains affiliate links, these are clearly marked.
This means: if you click on a link marked as an affiliate link and subsequently make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the respective provider at no additional cost to you.
We always clearly label affiliate links as such to ensure full transparency in accordance with applicable advertising disclosure requirements. 5. Social Media and AI-Generated Content
Our presence on social networks (in particular Instagram) is subject to the data protection policies of the respective platform operators. We have no influence over data processing by these platforms.
We expressly inform users that some content published on our channels (images, videos, characters) has been created using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. AI-generated personas and influencer profiles are entirely digital creations and do not represent real individuals. This disclosure is provided in the interest of transparency.

6. Cookies and Analytics

8. Data Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption (Secure Socket Layer / Transport Layer Security) on our website to protect data transmitted online. Encrypted connections are indicated by a padlock icon in your browser's address bar and the prefix 'https://' in the URL.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorised disclosure or access.

9. Data Retention
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. Once the purpose for storage no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations exist, data will be deleted or anonymised.

10. B2B Marketing Services and Client Data
ROMAN SKY MEDIA GROUP provides digital marketing and video promotion services to business clients (B2B). In the course of providing these services, we process personal data of contact persons at our client companies solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Business contact data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and in accordance with applicable statutory retention periods (up to 10 years under German commercial and tax law).
11.1 Google Forms and Calendly
We use Google Forms (Google Ireland Limited) and Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) to receive project enquiries and schedule appointments. Data you submit through these tools (such as name, email address, phone number, and project description) is processed by these third-party providers.

11. AI-Generated Content and Influencer Personas
ROMAN SKY MEDIA GROUP operates AI-generated influencer profiles on social media platforms (including Instagram). These personas are created using artificial intelligence tools such as Higgsfield AI. They are entirely fictional and do not represent real individuals.
We document the AI-generated nature of such personas and comply with applicable disclosure requirements on each platform. Interactions with these profiles on Instagram are additionally subject to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited's data processing practices.

12. Music and Content Licensing
ROMAN SKY MEDIA GROUP distributes music and audio content via third-party distribution platforms (such as DistroKid or Amuse). Where applicable, data associated with music distribution (e.g. artist registration information) is processed by those platforms under their own privacy policies.

13. Amendments to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our services (e.g. introduction of new features). The date at the top of this document indicates when it was last revised. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
